Win a trip to a bay of wonder: Vote Fundy to New7Wonders of Nature

The 270 km long (170 mile) Bay of Fundy, stretches between the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia on Canada’s east coast. At 53 feet (16 metres), the tides are five to 10 times higher than any tide in the world, and twice daily, 100 billion tonnes of seawater flow in and out of the bay. The amount of water in one tide cycle would fill and then empty the Grand Canyon. Pledge your vote for the Bay of Fundy and enter to win an all-inclusive trip to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Visit our Facebook tab to vote and enter to win. Deadline is Nov. 11, 2011.

The Fundy region is home to more than 12 species of rare and endangered whales. It also encompasses two UNESCO Biosphere Reserves, one World Heritage Site and a Geopark. Visit http://www.votemyfundy.com/ to find out more and to vote.
